This is supposed to be done before the LMIA applications is submitted to demonstrate the employer actually attempted to fill the role with a Canadian. Ultimately it means your employer didn't meet the LMIA requirements at the time of application.
They are willing to write that I was employed on a contractual basis. Any thoughts on how to tackle this situation? What if I submit the letter that they are ready to provide?
