The percentage is based on the application processing times. For example I applied on August and when I got AOR, the processing time was 23 months. There are some people whose charts show 100 but they are still waiting. That doesn't really show your process. My timeline...

Yes I linked the application to my gckey after the AOR. I am from Turkey, my percentage bar was showing %51. My last status update is "final decision". The others didn't change.

Refugee accepted June 2022 PR Applied July 2022, AOR January 2023, Pre-arrival letter 27 August 2023 PR Portal letter 29 August 2023 They didn't want medical. They didn't want any other documents. It's really strange.
