    My friend did not add his 2 kids during his work permit application for some personal reasons, but now he is applying for pernanent residency under SINP program and wanted to add now the 2 kids. Will it impact the application/decision as those kids were not mentioned on the work permit application?

    Just an update. After the refusal, I asked my employer about the missing documents and they provided it to me and I reapplied for work permit mid April. Got approved now and passport request earlier last week.
