Can anyone tell me there has been any candidates that forgot visa refusals ( like on previous study/work permits ) and later applied by disclosing it in TR to PR and got approval success? Any such cases or similar.

I think the people in Afganistan need to be processed faster. They are in dire situation and need. All of us can be patient and this will bring good blessings for all.

I believe sending a LOE after you receive AOR should be the right way to make sure it is fixed. Was this visa refusal mentioned on your previous applications? Once you have AOR they will accept the form and do what you need.

The retries get reset after 24 hours.

@jamilmuradov In my opinion the processing for AOR can vary. It could be short or very long. The conditions should apply on the basis of your submission to CIC. You can call IRCC and confirm it.

Do you know if in this case a request is recorded in GCMS notes atleast ? with files.
