In the same boat! 19th June 2021. Remeds passed on 15th June 2022. No communication post that. Really frustrating!

Yes i had to pay for the app...300 INR or $3 approx..

Try the Fongo App. I was able to get through using that app. 18882422100 -> they ask you to enter the UCI number -> Once you have entered and confirmed the UCI Number then immediately press 3 3 0 . You will be directed to the PR department queue [10 mins in queue] , you can mention to the agent...
