ok makes sense. good luck. I sent my postal application on April 11 and BLS status changes to processing at consulate on April 15. No records found as of May 03 on OCI website.

I was not aware of it- but calling them and giving your profile and email id will be fast. I did my payment in 10 mins.

Did you call them and then they sent you a link on your email id for payment? or are you trying to do it independently?

Ok got it. Ideally, there is no need to send the originals for postal application. I hope you get them back at the earliest.

What does your BLS tracker say on the status of your application?

This is so frustrating. Sorry to hear that. My Sampark didnt reply anything yet- but BLS turned "In Transit from Consulate General to BLS Centre" today evening. I hope your status changes soon.

@indigonation5 - have you heard back anything on Surrender Certificate front? I put a query on Sampark on Friday like @Hot2Cold but no movements at all.

Sent my application by post to BLS on Feb 19th and it was acknowledged by consulate on Feb 25.
