Because, “the final decision has been made” on 17th June :) It usually means, that you application was approved and you have to get invitation. But, who knows when :)

Yes, the main reason why your application didn’t review almost 6 months is Whitehorse. I have seen lots of complain on this VO

If you check previous pages, you will find that lots of people got ADR and MR in March and April. Also 5-7 participants got ghost updates in May in GCkey. I’m not sure that it means something, but I hope that in June we will get golden mail

Awesome! You got your medical request in the normal timeline as many others, 2 months after AOR. I assume that today IRCC is processing 2023 applicants under RNIP faster than expected. I hope all applicants in this thread will get their PR soon
