I have not :( Still waiting. They say to check in 2-5 business days. So hoping to get it next week.

Took oath yesterday. Still waiting for E-Certificate.

I received E-certificate portal email 2-3 days before I received the invite. It had instructions how to login to portal and download e certificate.
