Ghost updates are exactly what the word "ghost" means. It's an update where your GC Key and Tracker might get updated, but nothing is visible. For example, you might see your tracker changing its update date on the top right corner of the screen when you open it. It might change the day there...

No problem. You can link both but the Principal Applicant (PA) will have more updates than the sponsor so I would recommend linking PA or both but not just Sponsor.

You can use either of them, even both if you want to. Just make sure you are using the right name and details. Application number will be the same for you both but UCI will be different for Sponsor and the PA. Sometimes, it might be a technical fault from their side as it took me a while last...

June 6, 2024, here. No updates at all. BGC is still on. The tracker has not been updated since October 4. Done with bio, medicals, and both eligibility. Not even ghost updates.
