    Initial PR Card - waiting for 13months

    I got my permanent residency and CoPR on March 26,2021, and applied for my PR card right away and submitted my photo to IRCC through mail. The status of my application online says that it was SUBMITTED and for a year now I haven't received any notification or updates with regards to my PR card...
