No i didn't get one, but after ip2 (still same) within a day i got PPR by mail

Regarding MyCIC account update: you will not get update or status change until couple of days after your visa stamped and CoPR issued. I got my PPR mail but mycic account still in IP2 stage and expected to be change to approved once they issue CoPR.

Yes you should mention that if there's any kind of refusal before of any kinda of visa. will not impact of your application anyway, but if u r not mentioning it then if they come to know it will impact

Yes i got my study permit second time with proper course selection. first time it was refused due to improper course selection (pre-MBA). my study gap was 8 years at the time of student visa application. Now just got my PR :)

Instead of selecting "WORK PERMIT" You need to select "Work Permit Extension (New Employer)" for PGWP processing time. make sense!!
