By the grace of Lord God. Got PPR mail today 11.17 pm from NDVO.

It was 2 days after on the day of Ghost update.

Yes it's very difficult to ascertain at this point the reason...I think except waiting nothing else can be done.

I was told congratulations your file is approved . This approval as far as I know happens after the final review. That's why I have this question.

This is the question for which I am grappling for an answer but definitely there would be some logic and practicality.
