Yes, I also had the same wording, what they mean is that you will update the details by adding her as a dependent. That form is supposed to be filled only by the primary applicant. The family information form is the one where both you and your dependent will fill out separately.

No, as mentioned in the instructions, only the primary applicant has to fill form IMM0008. Just add her as a dependent, that's it.

Thanks, I am searching and also sent IRCC a CSE asking for clarification. In your case, was your dependent's name mentioned in the passport request? I see only my name in the PPR they provided.

Did you use some compression tool? For me the forms itself are too big. Putting all the 4 required forms Imm 0008, 5406, 5562, 5569e itself crosses the 4MB limit for the slot they provide me in the profile.

How did you handle the IMM 0008 form? It has that validate button right? Did you fill out the form and press validate? Did you print all the pages and then sign? Because if I try to merge only the signature page after printing it seems to change something with the barcode numbers.

Hi @RSub in my ADR request letter they also ask to make payments for my spouse and mention "Please upload your receipt directly to your MyCIC account." What does that mean, should I not include the receipt along with other documents? Is there some special place to upload it? What did you do?
