My guess is it depends on the elections. Chances are they may do one more round of invitations early next year or at around this time if they don't call for an election.

No need to apply for a new passport. Remember to declare and explain the absence of valid travel document in 14A - Table A and B. A simple explanation would suffice

I applied for my OCI on 8th September - have not received my CoPR back from consulate / BLS. Do they mail it separate or is it sent with the OCI card?
