Hi, i got my h1b approved recently and received i797. I am planning to enter US soon on H1b on Canadian passport. My spouse and kids will be entering on H4. Can someone please guide what documents are required for us to smoothly enter US.

Is there any time limit for which one must stay in US on h1b or minimum limit for which one can stay out of country. I am in Canada currently and have h1b approved but i don’t plan to move for next 7-8 months.

Don’t let your Green Card go at the cost of Canadian PR. Job market in Canada is not as good as the US Market. It is hard to find a job in Canada and especially a good salary job. If you are confident that you will get your green card then dont let it go.
