In normal circumstances, it takes 3 months to get pre arrival after medical request. You are still within the normal time line. You will get some updates in coming weeks but keep the current situation in mind. There might be some delays

Congrats Malsha. We also went to CHC and picked it up. It was surprising because we didn’t think they would let us come and pick it up during this crisis time. It’s good news for everyone because the via office is still functioning atleast with low capacity

It’s Colombo-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. They will let you go and pickup the passport if you have already submitted it via VFS. Let them know what time you will be there so they can let their security know. They are open today and on Monday 9 to 2 pm
