Mine is exactly the same. I was also told by the agent that my file is back in Vancouver and was sent in Jan. Right now I have egrant review ready.

when was your oath again? how soon after oath did the certificate come and did you request a quicker one? Also CONGRATS! You are free from this forum!

Well, seems like there is no connection:-( these delays are just so random! Some ppl get the applications processed in 3-4 months and here we are with no movement since Jan:-(
