I have to look for new employer who can sponsor me through LMIA. I had to withdraw my PR application too. Not many options for me. What happened with you ?

On ONiP page the criteria says intention to reside or showing significant ties. I have worked and resided in Ontario for few months when I had a different job. I can show my previous ties and my intention to reside with proofs.

My em I am working remote from New Brunswick and no my employer doesn’t support PR application. We are located in New Brunswick. That’s why I’m looking at HCP. If I can apply for my NOC 11201 since I have skilled experience in this NOC code for more than 5 years.

His NOC is 22221 with 480 Crs.

My NOC is 11201 and CrS is 480
