    I don't think so if this is true. I can reckon Scarborough is the busiest office in Canada. They have ramped up with the number of tests. Hope you will receive the email soon.

    Please call IRCC and ask if your background check is done. If so you can send your request via WebForm. Also, your location may associate with this long delay.

    The next step would be an interview with an officer via Zoom or you directly will be invited for oath ceremony. No worries. Please have your documents such as your passports and Ids ready in case they call for an interview.

    Yes, It is completely normal. Your minor child's status remains In-Process until you and your wife take the Oath.
