Not sure but It may take few days to weeks. My brother received his PR card as well but still the portal status shows "in Review with IRCC". If you have the eCOPR downloaded, then nothing to worry as of now. Just be sure you have the right address mention in the portal for receiving the PR card

yes....., And what i get to know from them is ECOPR will be issued by Montreal and it is SVO in my case

I called them today to know the office, so they mention primary office is Ottawa, and the office which handling the file and P2 is Montreal.

I am having the same P1 and P2 timing, hope i will get it soon too!!!!!!
