Thanks @harshj96 for your valuable response. Now, the pixel issue is resolved. But the photo is getting darker after I upload it. Warning: Your photo does not meet the following requirements: Brightness: Your photo may be too bright or too dark.

Could you please provide your inputs because still I am getting error ? I tried with 1200 (width) and height (1654) The weird part is bright photo is getting converted to darker.

Hi @GurpyarS…Even I am also facing the same issue. Seems it is global issue. Some new code deployed by IRCC today which didn’t work.

Even I posted the same question here in forum. Seems all are struck up in the same situation. In document name I thought of giving ‘Letter of Explanation - Mexico PCC, document number - ‘Not Applicable’, Issuing country - ‘Mexico’ I am yet to upload so not sure whether start date and expiry...

Thanks for sharing an update @watoloo Then only option is to upload LOE with courier/parcel receipt notice. Really it’s tough to follow up and process also little complex.

@AndrewLag - If we are planning to upload LOE, kindly request you to provide your valuable inputs what details do we need to give under Document Name, Start date, Expiry Date and Document Number ?
