Hello @Miss bee Today I have received the PR portal (PR confirmation) email. I haven't yet proceeded with the In-Canada declaration. My concern is that in 2 weeks im travelling back home for about 3 weeks. I am currently in Canada.

Oh then yes. I received it on Jan 7, 2025, and have submitted the additional documents the following day.
