Has anyone from the Calgary office been able to apply for their passport the same day as their oath?

Maybe cic officers are so slow because they spend half their time checking online forums for discrepancies :p

I’m in Canada, but outside of Calgary.

I’m trying. It’s just hard because we have 2 day surgeries scheduled, my sons 1st birthday party, family coming to town, my daughter starting soccer, husband starting rugby, etc all in May. It’s a very busy month and a lot to plan around :oops:

They’re only sending emails, correct? He said it was on queue to be sent yesterday so wouldn’t that mean an email would have already arrived? Maybe mine is coming in the regular mail since I’m outside Calgary?

It’s so frustrating. You’d think they’d have some sort of order after DM. I called all day yesterday and was put on hold for an hour before I finally got ahold of someone. He said a letter regarding oath was in queue to be sent out yesterday but wasn’t able to access the letter. Hopefully good...

Well I finally got a hold of an agent after calling 10000x and waiting on hold for 1 hour. He said a letter regarding oath was sent out today but he wasn’t able to access it!! Come ooooon :mad:

Congrats. Did you get it this morning? Still nothing for me... I’ve already called 4 times as soon as they opened but they won’t put me through to a person :mad:

I’ve been following the spreadsheet watching the order of invites for the Calgary office and them seem to be sent out in somewhat of an order... I was just completely skipped over. Frustrating!!
