    Have you got VISA approval for yourself? If so, go ahead with study permit for your kids safer side. Now you don't need LoA.

    As I told earlier that I applied for visitor visa for my 4 year old son and got it. Filling the form is same as you have done first time. While filling the form you have to provide UCI number that you already have, so no need to link the application.
