I'm sorry, but I still don't get how July + August + September + a few days in June and October can be 2 months and not 3+... And why do you think that security check can't be just a few months?

I'm not sure what is 'pass request', but based on his signature he had Background status "In Progress" on 26th June 2023 and FD on 3rd October, what is 3+ months for a check. or are you referring to something else?

Yes, I'm mostly wondering if it could be resolved fast. There are many cases with months and even years of waiting, but such messages could easily provide wrong picture, if people just don't write anything after PPR recieved in 3 weeks after such message. Looking for some facts to see if it's...
