A lot of people got the bgc status changed from processing to n/a, including me. I called IRCC about it, they said it was a glitch in their system and that it doesn’t mean anything.

Same here! Applied July 16, 2021. Gave biometrics in July 2022. They have been processing background check for the past 10 months

They requested my biometrics one year after the application was made. Maybe they don't need yours. If I'm not mistaken biometrics is valid for 10 years
