    Usually, BLS is updating the status around 4-5 pm.

    Actually, I never checked my daughter's status online, I kept checking mine, but now I checked my daughter's status, they updated yesterday, and I received it today. That means they update the status first and then send it.

    My understanding is once it shows "Counter delivery after OCI stamping " that means it is ready to pick up or delivery to Purolator, still not sure
