My timeline below; Application received May 14 Processing start/DM Sep 9 Complete Dec 6 Card received Dec 13 My card took bit longer than normal processing time so I involved my MP office in Oct, after few back and forth follow up between IRCC agent and my MP office, finally done.

After 5 weeks of decision made, if you don’t get the PR card, you should start involving your MP, otherwise there could be issue with card printing or anything else because IRCC is not good in following up with you until you push them.

That’s a long wait to pick up. Could it be the pickup office is closed due to COVID? But why would IRCC sent it to closed office, insane! I think you guys should get MP office help and tell them your situation

Yes, it arrived within a week! I should have taken the risk and traveled without PR card and let my family mail it to me to come into Canada. I had to cancel October trip because I was worried I will be asked to pickup personally.

When it comes to dealing with IRCC, there is no choice besides waiting IMpatiently lol.
