Hello, What it shows on tracker for eligibility and background?

Eligibility shows completed. Background not started

Received Pre arrival 10 feb, waiting for PPR.

Any change inGCkey ? What does you background status is GC key?

File April 2022, Medical done in July, 2022. No update after that. Just want to ask what it shows on background check in GC Key. Mine still shows background check not started. Will send a message when it start. anybody else showing background check in processing?

online Yes transferred to Ottawa IR. Then to NDVO eligibility not started on tracker GC key eligibility reviewing.

Mine was same, it takes like a month and half to transfer file to another visa office. My file was at ottawa ir too. Then got transfer to NDVO later.

Did you receive a letter for it like we receive medicals in messages Or it is just showing in upload supporting documents?
