Thanks @Yuki.03, I send my photo in March 9 and Etobicoke office received it on March 11 and at the same day I was able to link the application in my online account.still waiting

Based on my experience last month I got my RTD within Two weeks only, it’s better to send a webform first, so they will put your name as priority and wait until they contact you back, after that send your application with supporting documents and don’t forget the write ( URGENT ) on the Canada...

It doesn’t matter, still it’s an application and still can be link to the account

Did you called them? Try to link your link application it’s very easy by using UCI and family name
