Webforms, emails and calls. We sent them our tickets and let them know my husband (PA) doesn't have a TRV (before the e-copr came) and told them we needed e-copr as we intended on applying for a PRTD. Picked up mail today to find the PR card, completely unexpected.

P2 was 31st October E-copr was 22nd November PR Card was 26th November We were in a rushed situation and are leaving today 27th November for an unavoidable trip. I think IRCC heard all our emails and webforms and expressed us the PR card.

AOR is after you submit your documents after the ITA. That is when you can say your PR application is in process. Until then, you are an express entry applicant in the pool waiting for an invitation.

I believe the tracker is for use after you have received your AOR. If you are still waiting for your ITA, you may not be able to access it as no PR application has been submitted.

I found that even without my taking any action, they were able to classify me as CEC and I received my PR.

No, it did not matter. I was able to get my PR.

Don't try at exactly 8AM EST. What is helpful is that you call at least 3-4 minutes before the time so you can press "0" to speak to an agent at exactly the second the clock changes to 8AM. I have found this is helpful to connect every single time I have tried.
