I read it online, reddit and a YouTube video. I don't know them personally. IRCC is supposed to put it on their website that we can apply online but they don't.

I know people have applied online and gotten it. On the IRCC website, it says apply by paper and when I called IRCC, they said apply by paper. I have applied since January and still got no response. I'm so pissed.
