Okay, I applied mine around end of Oct.

No reply on the BOWP yet. I'm planning on leaving the country and waiting for it to go through honestly. When did you apply for yours?

I really don't know what the R10 completeness is, what is that?

Applied for BOWP on the 26th.

Because my work permit expires mid Dec, applying for BOWP atleast puts me in Implied status, also if they repond to the BOWP, they usually give a letter which states that youre eligible to work tilla decision is made on your profile. Also, once i get BOWP, I can get travel home and back.
