Hello sir. I have written tef Canada exam. However I am applying for a diploma program. And to avail pgwp. I have read in ircc website stating that people who studied French as second language. Will not be able to avail pgwp. Does that I will not be able to avail pgwp?

Could you please elaborate on your answer. Why it's not okay?

I am an engineering graduate and worked in an investment banking firm as a fund accountant.would this be an issue?
