@forw.jane my OCI was processed on 23/11 and received on Ottawa on 30/11. I opted for a pickup at BLS, and the BLS status now says Delivered by Hand in two lines. What does it even mean? Is this normal -- BLS takes time to process pickups? Thanks.

No. Status got updated in OCI tracker. BLS still says "Processing in HC" thanks!

how would one measure progress? At least I haven't read about attacks on Indian diplomats or those of Indian origin since the drama started. Inhuman politicians shedding crocodile tears with zero consideration towards pain of normal people. I personally know someone who cannot travel to India...
