It doesn't affect my CRS score at all - no change. The cutoff was 489, my score was 509 and still is.

Did it ever matter? CEC doesn’t require people to stay inland as far as I know, and neither does FSW. It just affects processing times I think.

That would make sense for all previous draws, but this is the first time they’ve ever done an fsw only draw in the history of express entry. My profile does indicate I meet the eligibility for both fsw and cec, separately.

yes, it says so on the letter.

Just check your profile to see if you meet both FSW and CEC. You should get a ITA if your score is above cutoff. I just did - qualified for both programs but invited under FSW.

Yeah I’m inland. Thanks. It was an outright refusal - very expensive lesson learnt. I’m reapplying excluding all my foreign experience with just Canadian experience. Hoping the next draw is below my score, I’m at 509 now.
