Ah, It took approximately 5 months. They started to check my eligibility in 2021 December , then I received 'eligibility ' has been updated complicated in 2022 April. So I didn't get any response for 5 mouths. I don't know how many times I called IRCC.

As long as you apply for OWP before your current visa expires , you'll be under implied status till they makes a decision.

I already linked my application cuz I already got medical examination request that has my UCI and application number. Now they are processing my background as well as eligibility, I have not got AOR yet, though. Still waiting for sponsor approval likewise.
