My partner received his pre-arrival letter today, but nothing has changed on his gckey. What does this mean exactly? Can we expect things to move forward quickly now?

My partner also received his medical request (yesterday) before biometrics - haven't received this yet. I thought biometrics would come first as well. At this point I'm just taking it as it comes!!

This is the same situation me and my partner are in. We can't get any information (after calling multiple times) on why we have not received AOR if it has been marked as complete over a month ago. It's seemingly at the bottom of a pile on someone's office floor...

We are still waiting for AOR - application received Dec 4 and nothing since pre-AOR. Super frustrating seeing people getting AOR who submitted in January. It's ridiculous - they are clearly not completed in order and whole system is a complete joke. I go through waves of panic and frustration...

My partner had the same experience last week - we still have not received our AOR but the agent told him our application has been marked as complete. Half relieved, half still waiting impatiently! Application was received Dec 3, 2020.
