just an update. We finished our oath yesterday. My partner and I have our case closed with the msg that citizenship has been granted. Need to wait for the certificate, then start the passport process.

I have a Quick question, I see the checklist has Indian passport in their checklist. Does that mean that kids who are Canadian citizens by birth wont be eligible for OCI since they don't have an Indian passport?

Still not update on instructions for the OATH scheduled on 28th July. Any one knows when we can expect an email with all the instructions.

Its July 28th.

Update posted on the tracker for both me and my spouse. July 28th as the date of oath but we have not received any email or instruction. In the past we would see decision made and then OATH. but in our case its In progress and then Oath. Is that right?

My 2nd finger print results are finally updated. Everything besides Citizenship ceremony has moved to completed. Anyone knows how long it takes for the next step.

Anyone know how long it takes for CIC to get the finger prints. I gave mine on May 12th.

Received a 2nd finger print request yesterday and completed the same day. Hopefully we hear something soon.

My status tool said the background verification was complete in Feb2020 but its gone back to in progress after my citizenship test. Has it happened with anyone else.

My window was from today till April 26th.

Does anyone know how long does it take for the test results to be accepted? I gave mine today and passed. Not sure about the current timeline. Does anyone have any idea?
