Hi I have the same thing.Has your BGC started on GCKey? The 4th line is only added I think once the visa is issued.I have DM since Friday and got PPR request on yesterday. Don't worry.

Can someone tell me how long do we have to wait for the passport to come back after stamping? We sent it today from Mumbai VFS.

If they haven't asked for any additional documents,then its going to be 'N/A'.Don't worry it doesn't matter if it changed or not.
