Hey, I need a little advice and help on express entry. My brother got invitation from IRCC on March 2023 to apply for Federal program. I also live in Canada. So what all documents do I need to give him ? Can anyone help me out with this?

I have spend almost one year (from April 2022). Since 2019 I have been in Canada only. I have stayed 980 days something like that. I was told that we had to stay 6 months in Canada and 6 months out of country, I cannot stay outside Canada more than 6 months. Is that true?
