Do i need to upload that medical with ircc?

What if my medicals expire and unable to travel with in the period. My visa will be cancelled or is there any process for that. I booked my flight on June 5th in india but i was scared because of this covid situations in india, they may cancel flights due to rising cases.

Its my bad didn't expect this would happen. I applied visa on sept 4th.

My IELTS got expired while visa processing due to covid lockdown so IRCC asked me to resubmit with new IELTS Test report form, so I uploaded with new TRF. My question is how much time it takes them to restart my application process again. I'm presently completed my 1st sem Jan-2021 intake.
