Hello Folks! Anyone experienced the 3 day quarantine for cad 2000? I am planning to travel this week, are there any exemption if my travel was essential?

I left Canada on 27th October, 2020. All I have are pay stubs until August 2020 and mobile phone bills.

I am PGWP holder who lost his job, and is travelling back to Canada. Will I be asked to show proof of funds/bank statements at POE, if yes, what amount is considered sufficient?

Oh cool, you are a Canadian Citizen. You can give it a shot by sending an email to that specific email address to expedite the process. But you must convince them why your Mother's travel is urgent.

Sorry, I am not sure about your case. Is your mother exempt from travelling to Canada atm? If yes, how?

Hi Buddy, Any luck with your employer calling IRCC? I submitted my passport for stamping. I received a response by sending them email on IRCC.COVID-TravelExemptions-Exemptionsdevoyage-COVID.IRCC@cic.gc.ca There response to my email and the request to sumit the passport came at the same time.

Depends what web form you fill. For example, if I am filling a web form of VAC in UAE, they dont reply. But the web forms / emails I sent to IRCC Canada, 29 calendar days. Again, it may vary.

Yes, withdraw the current application, and submit a new one. But I have waited 70 days already, hence, let it be. I will just wait it out.

I emailed them on 28th December. When I filled the IM5257 form, I did not mention the reason for travel as Other, COVID-19. Instead, I chose Returning Worker. Do you think that submitting the same application again with reason for travel as "Other, COVID-19" will help expediting the approval...

Same, its still under review, no updates.

I did include all details in one email, I also attached the documents, but no response. I am just waiting for my TRV to be processed even though I recieved my PGWP inside Canada.
