I heard one BLS agent saying that it will open from Oct 20th till Oct 26th.

No Appointments are available in GTA for next two months. October is all booked months ago.

Yes. This is the thing happening. Due to people having appointment are in priority, if you go by 7am, you won't get your turn for sure. I asked the first person in line, he shown up at 5pm (right after BLS closes).

I submitted walk-in application yesterday. You need to be in queue from 9pm a night before which gives you 80% chance of having your application submitted. I was standing from 9:30pm and I got my turn at 12pm. Remember, they stop taking applications after 1:30pm. A day earlier, I went at 4am...
