Hi guys, I received an email today from IAD. Early resolution officer wants to give me a phone call to discuss about the next steps for appeal on Monday next week! I hope to hear some good news!

Update: finally received an appeal record today! 1 day after its due date! Looking forward to getting a hearing date soon now!

Hi guys, it has been 120 days since I filed for an appeal, and I still haven't received a reply from IAD or anyone. Please guide what can I do?? I have called IAD and also emailed them about this. They said Case manager will track my appeal record and email me in 2-3 business days.
