    If you are just going to stay there for a month, why not use Scarborough address for both. The application will take a minimum of 6-8 weeks. And yes, you can apply at BLS Toronto.

    It all depends on what address you want on your passport. If you want the scarborough address, you can give that in the application and for mailing you can give your barrie address.

    If you are confident that you wont make any mistakes in your application, you can send it via purolator. Or the easiest option is to visit them and submit the application. Note - you will have to call bls to send a purolator label.

    Absolutely mandatory to use Canadian address in printed address. You must provide Indian address in Other Address.

    Depends on the profile, if you are there for atleast 4 weeks, you can renew it there. It will cost just 1500 rupees compared to 200 dollars you will spend here. Also, if you are a PR, you need not update ircc on passport change

    I dont think they entertain applications directly. If its expiring next year, why cant you renew it in India? You can get the passport the very next day on tatkal
