Hi, I applied for IBU to and logged my file on July 4th, until now there is no approval. now am confused about IBU students visas, that they are getting delayed or being refused

Good morning, I have applied my study permit in IRCC on July 4th and done my medical on 9th July (Masters in global business management) in university - Toronto. But still I didn't receive any update from IRCC. Can someone please help me out saying what's the reason behind this delay nearly...
