Thanks @Sandy.gal. I see most people on forums talking about the physical citizenship certificate by mail, but there is an option for e-certificate too, any problems with that? I want to opt for e-certificate, I suspect it's going to be faster than mail-in.

No. I got my passport delivered today, and my wife's passport which was sent together, is still in APPROVED state and not moving to ISSUED. It's all random and luck :)

I believe the same. Looks like they have easier time going through the applications based on what's happening with all 2022 online applications. Except for oath, all other things seem to be moving at a speed we have never seen before.
