You could potentially raise a web form and tell them you haven't heard anything back from all stages pass since Jan 29th. I got a ghost update on that day, and turned out it was an ADR. All the best!

I just tell them I'd like to know the status of my application. In the call, I'd ask for each stage's status - eligibility, criminality, and security, and that's it. I don't think any of these helped to move my application forward, rather, I think they are following a certain checkpoint timing...

I've never given biometrics before, this was my first time. Maybe there is also a difference in processing time after passing to the secondary office - mine is in Winnipeg, I don't see many candidate from Winnipeg here, so maybe they process faster. Yours should be out soon.

I've ordered CBSA notes and they've asked for an extension for another 30days, sigh... Then I've ordered another set of GCMS notes, hasn't arrived yet....

My AOR was Jul 4th. I called CIC only to find out that they have started my Security after ADR on Feb 21. Your case might be different, maybe they just want to finalize your file. All the best!
