*BVL: September 13th at 11:55 pm (NOTE: WHEN YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS, IT MEANS THEY HAVE REACHED A DECISION FOR YOUR APPLICATION)
*Final Decision: September 14th at 11:55 pm Application Refused: Insufficient funds for stay and study (LOL)
***KEY NOTE***: After BVL between 24-48hrs you should be able to see your study permit details in your GCKEY Application Tracker THAT IS IF YOUR APPLICATION WAS APPROVED. If you dont see your details in your tracker then there is a very VERY high possibility it was Refused.
